"Wings of Emotions" is a two-part artwork that captures the ever-changing nature of human feelings—ranging from burdensome weight to liberating lightness.
One part of the painting is composed of flowing colors that represent the vast spectrum of emotions—from joy to anxiety. These colors, reminiscent of the rough texture of stone, symbolize the weight we sometimes feel when emotions overwhelm us and pull us down. This "rock-like" element illustrates how intense feelings can take hold of our minds, stripping us of control.
In contrast, the second part of the piece features delicate, ascending butterflies, embodying moments of release. They serve as a reminder of the times when we take a deep breath and allow emotions to subside, bringing a sense of peace and acceptance.
The core idea of this work is that no emotion is permanent—they are in constant motion, shifting from heaviness to lightness, offering us a path to understanding and embracing our inner experiences more deeply.
